In our Traction section of the VTO, we outline how Soundspace will make our Vision a reality. This section turns our long-term goals into actionable steps to be accomplished over specific timeframes.

1. 3-Year Picture: This encapsulates where we envision Soundspace three years from now. It involves high-level objectives such as the number of active subscribers, the range of resources and spaces, maintaining our Average Revenue Per Subscriber (ARPS), and the status of our Discord community.

2. 1-Year Plan: Our set of more immediate goals to be accomplished within the next year. This serves as a stepping stone toward achieving our 3-Year Picture.

3. Quarterly Rocks: These are the most pressing, specific goals for the upcoming quarter. They represent the first crucial steps toward reaching our 1-Year Plan.

4. Issues List: The challenges or obstacles we anticipate facing on the path to reaching our goals. By recognizing these issues early, we can work on solutions and strategies to mitigate potential roadblocks.
