A β€œday in the life” of a Sales/Support person with Soundspace

The position referred to as Support & Member Services

All work done is aimed at building the community and creating the best experience possible for everyone involved.

Tasks are:

  • Hubspot

  • Service > Tickets

  • Sales >

  • Deals

  • Tasks

  • New Member Tracker

  • Process found here

  • Each day, add any new signups from the day before

  • Will be seen in email or can be seen in Memberspace

  • Follow tracker to fill in any blank spaces

  • Might include:

    • sending Welcome Emails,

    • new member β€œmeet texts”

  • Personalized templates found here in the Meet New Member SOP

  • Discovery calls

  • Space Walkthroughs

  • If you assigned to a walkthrough on a certain day, follow procedures and complete the walkthrough checklist

  • Admin

  • Any tasks/issues that are assigned in Linear

  • 2-3 hours per day minimum

  • Complete in order of Urgency
