Delivery of Soundspace Products

Delivery of Soundspace Products

Objective: To deliver all Soundspace products – Rehearsal, Recording and Podcasting Space Subscription, Exposure Playlist, and Discord – in a consistent, repeatable manner across Operations, Product, and Support teams.

Procedure:

1. Rehearsal, Recording, and Podcasting Space Subscription

  • Automated Sales Confirmation & Onboarding: Once a customer subscribes, their details and subscription information are automatically recorded in HubSpot. An automated email is sent to the customer, providing details about their subscription, access instructions, and contact information for any inquiries.

  • Support Role: The Support team monitors the process to handle any inquiries, issues, or escalations from the customers.

2. Exposure Playlist

  • Sales Confirmation: Upon purchasing the Exposure Playlist service, the customer is provided with a private link to submit their music for review.

  • Submission Review & Playlist Creation: The Product team reviews the music submissions and curates the Exposure Playlist accordingly.

  • Customer Notification: The Support team sends a confirmation email to the customer once their music has been reviewed and included in the playlist.

3. Discord

  • Onboarding Support: When a new member joins the Discord server, the Support team ensures they receive a proper introduction to the community, are aware of the server's rules and guidelines, and have the correct roles assigned.

  • Ongoing Moderation: The Operations team oversees the Discord server, moderating discussions, ensuring adherence to rules, and addressing any issues that arise.

Across all products, the teams maintain open lines of communication to ensure a seamless customer experience. Regular meetings are scheduled to review procedures, address any issues, and discuss potential improvements.

Review: This SOP should be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure it remains effective and reflects any changes in the company's products or internal processes. All updates should be communicated promptly to all teams involved in the delivery of the products.
