   1. Customer is redirected to an on-screen thank you page with instructions to wait for coupon code

   2. Customer is added to Hubspot list called "Holiday Gift Card Customers"

   3. Customer is emailed instructions, basically a copy of thank you page

   4. [email protected] is emailed with membership details

2. Sales/support creates a 100% off coupon code in Memberspace applicable only to the product that was purchased.

   1. Sales/support creates a new email using Hubspot template called "Holiday Gift Card Coupon"

   2. Sales/support pastes in the coupon code and product URL

   3. Sales/support emails to customer.
