Data Utilization and Reporting are the final steps in the data lifecycle at Soundspace. This section outlines how the transformed and analyzed data is actually used to make business decisions, with a focus on HubSpot for generating reports.


HubSpot Reporting

  • Dashboards:

    • Custom dashboards are created within HubSpot to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with organizational objectives.

  • Segmentation Reports:

    • Data is segmented based on various criteria like customer demographics, behavior, or interaction history to generate targeted reports.

  • Trend Analysis:

    • HubSpot's time-based reporting features are used to analyze trends over specific periods, aiding in predictive decision-making.


Other Reporting Tools

  • While HubSpot is the preferred platform for reporting due to its central role in data storage, there may be instances where specialized reporting is needed that HubSpot cannot fulfill.

  • Airtable Reports:
