Soundspace uses deals in Hubspot to manage and track sales opportunities for contacts and companies.

Creating Deals

  • Go to Deals in Hubspot

  • Click the "Create Deal" button

  • Name the deal and select the associated contact or company

  • Set the deal stage and amount

  • Save the deal

Adding Line Items

  • Go to the desired deal's profile in Hubspot

  • Click on the "Line Items" section

  • Add a new line item and select the appropriate product or service

  • Set the line item value

Managing Deals

  • Go to Deals in Hubspot

  • Use the deals management tools to view, edit, delete, or export deals as needed

  • Monitor the deals pipeline and update as necessary to ensure accuracy and relevance

Advancing Deals

  • Go to the desired deal's profile in Hubspot

  • Update the deal stage to reflect the current status of the sales opportunity

  • Set the deal amount as necessary

Using Deals

  • Deals can be used for sales tracking and reporting, as well as for commission calculations for salespeople.

  • Deals can also be used in workflows and reports to monitor the sales pipeline and identify areas for improvement.
